A philanthropic endeavor that truly embodies our corporate mission.Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Events Manager to plan and execute our event marketing program across trade shows, regional events, conferences, and partner activations. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, on-brand experiences that drive partner engagement, support sales efforts, and contribute to pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple events simultaneously.Location: Carlsbad, CASalary Range: $100,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on experience.Primary Responsibilities:Plan and execute a range of events including trade shows, regional tabletop events, roadshows, and conferencesManage eventlogisticsend-to-end, including timelines, vendors, shipping, and onsite coordinationEnsure consistent, high-quality execution across all eventsSupport planning and execution of major trade shows (booth setup, staffing coordination, materials, demos)Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product focus, and event goalsManage onsite execution to ensure a smooth and professional presenceCoordinate regional events in partnership with sales teams and distributorsSupport event promotion efforts to drive attendance and engagementManage sourcing, inventory, and distribution of event swag and branded materialsCoordinate production of booth assets, signage, and collateralEnsure all materials are on-brand and delivered on timeWork closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Channel Marketing teamsServe as a key point of coordination for event-related deliverables and timelinesManage relationships with external vendors and event partnersTrack event budgets and expenses to ensure alignment with approved spendAssistin vendor negotiations and cost managementSupport post-event reporting, including attendance, engagement, and lead trackingImplements and maintains department policies and standardsRequired to have a strong comfort-level communicating throughout all levels of the organizationUnderstand, support and execute all work according to the established procedures of the organizationProject based assignments as requestedQualifications:3–6+ years of experience in event marketing, trade shows, or event coordination (B2B preferred)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience coordinating logistics for events or trade showsWillingness to travel (up to 35%)Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Strong written communication and verbal skillsProven ability to multi-task, set project priorities, establish department/discipline goals and objectives for self and staffPrevious experience managing and leading a teamStrong attention to detailPositive attitude, self-motivated and eager to succeedSupervisory Responsibilities:Lead, develop and mentor a teamInterviewing, selecting, and training employeesPerformance evaluationsBudgetary Responsibilities:Track event budgets and expenses to ensure alignment with approved spendingAssistin vendor negotiations and cost managementSupport post-event reporting, including attendance, engagement, and lead trackingAnalyzing financial information to ensure all operations are within budgetPresenting annual budgets to leadership teamMake budgetary suggestions and execute cost-saving initiativesPhysical Requirements: Essential functions of this job require the following minimal physical demands.
