Controller
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.ResponsibilitiesProvide monthly reporting of all company financial results, including general ledger and account reconciliations, fixed asset depreciation schedules, inventory controls, comparative and budgetary financial analysis, banking and cash flow, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Build and evaluate cost accounting structures for all areas of the business, identify inefficiencies, and work with department managers to implement cost improvements.Create, monitor, and report around budgetary controls, including providing financial analytics around all areas of financial, cost, production, operational and budgetary reporting.Lead the day-to-day accounting and reporting functions, including supervising the accounting staff team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or 7-10 years of related experienceFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)GAAP knowledge, CPA preferredStrong written, verbal and collaboration skills“Our specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.”
