Job Description Experience in Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing & Painting. Handle Tenants Maintenance Work Orders. Be courteous to Tenants & visitors. Dependable, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Good work ethics with attention to details & takes pride in the completed work. On-Site preferred. Available 24/7 for Emergency Calls.Must have a drivers license and vehicle.
