Industrial Hygienist

Senior Industrial Hygienist | Biologics Manufacturing (Onsite)We're seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Hygienist / Safety Professional to support biologics manufacturing and lead safety integration across technology-transfer activities. You'll serve as the SHE single point of contact, ensuring safety is built into new processes, equipment, and procedures.What You'll Do• Identify and mitigate EHS risks for new/modified products, processes, and equipment • Lead hazard identification, risk screening, and gap assessments • Recommend and validate engineering controls (fume hoods, glove boxes, etc.) • Deliver IH/safety training for workers and managers • Review chemical BOMs, equipment documentation, and process changes • Issue and track Category 1 & 2 CAPAs • Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, NIOSH, ACGIH, DOTWhat You Bring6+ years Industrial Hygiene / Occupational Health experience • Strong IH expertise: exposure monitoring, risk assessments, control strategies • Ability to evaluate complex chemical processes and recommend controls • Bachelor's in Chemistry, Life Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety, or similar • Strong communication skills; able to influence safety culture • Comfortable working in industrial environments (standing, climbing, PPE)Nice to Have• Biotech/pharma or tech-transfer experience • Knowledge of GMP/non-GMP safety requirements • Experience with MOC processes and PSSR procedures
