Corporate Associate

A prestigious Am Law 100 firm is seeking an associate with approximately 4+ years of experience to join their Corporate group. The ideal candidate will have strong, sophisticated business and transactional experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions.This role offers substantial responsibility, including drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents, managing due diligence processes, and advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters such as financings, entity formation, governance, and commercial agreements. The associate will work closely with partners and clients throughout the full lifecycle of transactions and will be expected to manage multiple matters efficiently and with a high degree of independence.Candidates with an MBA or a background in finance or accounting are preferred. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Arizona or be eligible to waive into the Arizona Bar.
