The Advanced Analytics organization includes a diverse group of talented team members in the Data Science, Data Visualization, Marketing Analysis and Data Integration disciplines.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan and prioritize backlog and development for Lead Generation, Data Integration, and Data Visualization work effortsAssess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum valueCollaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, determine size and scope of story and coordinate dependencies to streamline deliveryHoning and leading improvement for the delivery infrastructureBuilding partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholdersMaintaining positive relationships with customers by identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the company contextSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science or related field.5 or more years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Agile Product Owner roleKnowledge of Agile and/or ITIL disciplinesConflict management and resolution skillsAbility to work with internal clients and associates at all levels, both technical and non-technical in natureAbility to communicate, both verbally and in writingStrong time-management, organization, and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsMaster's degreeBenefitsA competitive annual salary between $85,321 up to $105,000.Medical, dental and vision benefits401k MatchPaid parental leave and adoption assistancePaid Time Off (PTO), company paid holidays, CEO days, and floating holidaysPaid volunteer day annuallyTuition assistance program, professional certification reimbursement program and other professional development opportunitiesAAA MembershipDiscounts, perks, and rewards and much moreFlex WorkThis position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. ACG utilizes a geographic pay differential as part of the base salary compensation program. Pay ranges outlined in this posting are based on the various ranges within the geographic areas which ACG operates.
