Multilingual Customer Support -Relocation to Greece

This position is ideal for proactive and customer-focused individuals who are fluent in multiple languages and ready to relocate. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support in multiple languages through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information efficiently. Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Participate actively in training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge. Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes to increase satisfaction. Qualifications Fluency in at least two languages, with excellent written and spoken communication skills. Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and multitask effectively. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment. Proficient in using customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications. Positive attitude, flexibility, and dedication to delivering excellent customer support.
