Submit your application for the opportunity below: Ultrasound Technologist We are seeking a full-time Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a weekdays only position. Job Summary and QualificationsYou will perform diagnostic procedures on all parts of the body as well as the following most common exams (this list is not all inclusive):Limited OBPelvic – trans-abdominal and trans-vaginalHead/Neck-thyroid, lymph nodes, carotidVenous- legs and armArterials limited- groin or specific Arterial segmental DopplerInvasive procedures – Biopsies, thoracentesis and paracentesisYou will complete the patient’s history form, document the technologist exam sheet, take vital signs and check labs as needed, completing consent forms when necessary, and re-stocking exam rooms with required supplies in between patients. What qualifications you will need:Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is requiredBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date(RVT) Registered Vascular Technician must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date(RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or (ARRT-S) Sonography must be obtained within 6 months of employment start dateBenefitsHCA Healthcare Colleton Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
