Electrical Engineer – Low Voltage Systems We're seeking an Electrical Engineer to own the design, integration, testing, and commissioning of low-voltage electrical systems for a first-of-its-kind industrial energy platform. This is a hands‑on engineering role where you'll work across the full electrical stack—from 480VAC power distribution and motor controls to instrumentation, sensors, actuators, and 12–28VDC control systems. You'll be involved from early architecture and design through build, integration, troubleshooting, and commissioning. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working directly with hardware, and taking ownership of complete systems, we'd like to hear from you. What You’ll Do Define low-voltage electrical architectures and system requirements Design and integrate power distribution, control, instrumentation, and auxiliary systems Support hardware builds, electrical checkout, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities Develop grounding, bonding, shielding, and EMI/EMC solutions Define electrical interfaces for controls, instrumentation, sensors, actuators, and safety systems Support motor control systems including VFDs, soft starters, relays, contactors, and protection devices Collaborate closely with mechanical, controls, test, and operations teams Diagnose and resolve electrical issues during integration and testing Areas of Responsibility Low-voltage power distribution and conversion Control systems and machine actuation Instrumentation and data acquisition Electrical harnesses, cables, junction boxes, connectors, and control panels Motors, pumps, valves, heaters, fans, and auxiliary equipment Safety interlocks and protection systems Facility and equipment support systems What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline 5+ years of electrical engineering experience Experience with industrial equipment, machinery, power systems, controls, automation, or similar complex hardware environments Ability to read and create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience supporting system integration, troubleshooting, and commissioning Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical systems and controls Preferred Experience Aerospace systems Manufacturing systemsEV charging, battery, or energy systems PLCs and instrumentation Compensation Mid‑Level Engineer: $107,000 – $135,000 Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
