Developer/Designer

We are looking for someone who works comfortably in both the technical and artistic side of web development. Candidate will be responsible for porting customer web sites into templates for our content management system and for creating new customer and demonstration sites. Candidate will need to be comfortable creating web graphics in Photoshop or the equivalent as well as working comfortably with HTML and scripting languages like Javascript. Experience with XML/XSLT is preferred. Flexibility in a fast-moving environment is a must. Candidate must be able to creatively solve technical problems using a combination of standard and proprietary web technologies. Required Skills: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript, server-side scripting experience (cold fusion, php, asp or similar), Flash. Equivalent skills will be considered.
