This position is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable handling transactions in the $3,000$10,000+ range and thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment. The role focuses on building trust with clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them to the appropriate treatment solutions while consistently driving revenue.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct in-person consultations with clients regarding aesthetic services and treatment optionsRecommend and sell treatment packages based on client goals and needsMeet or exceed daily and weekly revenue targetsUtilize structured consultation frameworks and sales processesHandle objections confidently and guide clients toward same-day decisionsMaintain accurate documentation of consultations and sales activityCollaborate with clinic staff to deliver a strong client experienceFollow company sales processes, systems, and compliance standardsMaintain a high level of professionalism and performance accountabilityPerformance Expectations (KPIs)Average transaction value: ~$3,000 per clientAverage revenue per client visit: ~$1,500Daily revenue target: ~$7,000+ in net salesHigh-performing consultants achieve 75%85%+ conversion ratesRequired Qualifications:Proven experience in consultative or solution-based salesExperience closing transactions in the $3,000$10,000+ rangeStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to build trust quickly and guide clients through decision-makingGoal-oriented with a strong understanding of performance accountabilityHighly organized with attention to detail and documentationCoachable and adaptable in a structured sales environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in high-ticket sales (luxury, medical, fitness, automotive, real estate, etc.)Background in commission-based or quota-driven rolesExperience in client-facing, in-person sales environmentsExposure to aesthetics, wellness, or medical spa industry (not required)Work Environment / Schedule:On-site, client-facing role within a medical spa environment4-day workweekSunday required (highest revenue day)3 flexible weekdays (MondayFriday)Standard hours listed as 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (weekdays) and 11:00 AM 6:00 PM (Sunday), with flexibility required based on client demand and appointmentsFast-paced, high-performance sales environmentTraining & OnboardingWeek 1: Remote training covering services, consultation framework, CRM, and complianceWeek 2: In-person training in Florida with live consultations and coachingOngoing: Continued development and support at assigned locationCompensation and Benefits This role offers a base salary combined with a performance-based commission structure tied to daily sales performance.
