If you’re ready to build something that makes a difference, be part of a team that protects what matters most.What You'll DoLead purchasing and supplier management activities that support production, improve supply chain performance, and drive operational results.Purchase materials and supplies to support production requirements across multiple domestic and international suppliers.Manage supplier relationships and serve as a key point of contact for vendor performance and issue resolution.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements to support cost, quality, and delivery objectives.Support sourcing strategies including supplier consolidation, alternate sourcing, make/buy analysis, and low-cost country initiatives.Partner with Procurement leadership to develop and implement supply solutions.Manage and maintain ERP system data integrity including purchased parts, suppliers, and material master information.Monitor supplier KPIs related to Quality, Service, and Delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain and adjust safety stock levels to optimize inventory and customer fill rates.Support New Product Development teams by sourcing materials and supply chain solutions.Identify excess or obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.Conduct supplier visits, evaluations, and qualification activities.Perform root cause analysis related to stockouts, missed deliveries, and supplier non-conformance issues.Analyze purchasing and vendor performance data using KPIs and reporting tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.Support ISO compliance and company purchasing policies.Share best practices and support training within the procurement team.Perform additional duties as assigned.What We’re Looking ForAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or 3–5 years of equivalent purchasing experience.Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier management within a manufacturing environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret purchasing and supplier data.Experience negotiating pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements.Working knowledge of ERP systems and purchasing processes.Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams effectively.APICS, CPIM, or Purchasing certifications are a plus.Experience with sourcing strategy, supplier development, or inventory optimization is highly preferred.What’s In It For YouJoin a company that truly values its employees!
