AI Support Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for an AI Support Operations Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Monitor the performance and stability of the automated AI support system Manage operational incidents and escalate technical problems as needed Identify improvement opportunities for automation workflows and support processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Customer Experience Management, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in customer support operations or technical customer support environments Ability to monitor operational dashboards and understand workflow automation systems Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira/Atlassian, and customer support platforms Fluency in English (C1); additional languages are advantageous
