Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating recruiting efforts, scheduling phone/virtual/onsite interviews, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and conducting audits. This individual will collaborate closely with other Talent Acquisition Specialists and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.What You’ll DoRecruitment Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone/virtual/onsite) in multiple time zones, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Communicate effectively with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process.Manage logistics for various TA programs such as the Employee Referral Program, compliance programs, candidate reference checks, etc.ATS Administration And AuditOversee the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.Conduct regular audits of candidate records to maintain compliance and data quality standards.Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.Collaboration With Talent Acquisition TeamWork closely with recruiters to understand specific hiring needs and priorities.Provide timely and relevant updates on candidate progress and share insights from initial assessments.Assist local recruiters in managing candidate relationships and feedback.What You’ll Need To Be SuccessfulAssociate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceDepp experience scheduling in Microsoft Outlook at volume with a large panel of attendeesWorking knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet softwareAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to write simple correspondence.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organizationExcellent organization skills and attention to detailWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
