This role partners closely with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Raw Materials, Global Sourcing Offices, and Regional Buying teams to ensure seamless execution from development through bulk production and market delivery.The role requires strong operational ownership, cross-functional communication, and the ability to proactively manage risk while supporting broader business and brand objectives.,OTB & Production PlanningSupport the Production team with sourcing allocations, TNAs, and OTB management within GFE / PLMBuild, analyze, and communicate TNA plans with sourcing offices, ensuring alignment across fabric, production, and logistics timelinesIdentify timing, cost, and capacity risks; propose solutions and escalate issues to Lead and Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) as neededSupport seasonal production planning to optimize post-market commits and chasing opportunitiesPartner with Raw Materials on strategic core fabric positioning for Women’s Polo programsSupport adherence to Post Market Flexibility targets Secure and reconcile buy commitments, ensuring contracted deliveries are met by mills and vendorsProduct Development & Operational ExecutionManage the execution of complete and accurate tech packs and specifications within PLMPartner with Technical Design on prototype development, wash processes, fabric treatments, and fit executionManage print, graphic, and dip development and approval processesCoordinate trims, labels, specialty hangtags, and branding elements in partnership with Raw Materials and Fabric teamsMaintain development calendars and tracking tools to ensure all milestones are metDrive BOM completeness, status reporting, and follow-through throughout developmentSupport vendor selection and development based on performance, capability, and Polo-specific construction needsLead problem-solving for both regular and off-calendar stylesCost Management & Margin SupportEnsure cost sheets are completed accurately in PLM and flow through GFE in alignment with milestone calendars (Flash, Board Review, Proto, SRS, Bulk)Present upfront Flash costing and support cost engineering discussions during developmentAnalyze garment construction, material costs, labor, and lead times to support cost negotiationsParticipate in seasonal costing meetings with sourcing officesSupport AUC costing analysis and flag risks to margin goals earlyPull end-of-season business analysis and report findings to LeadChase, Reconciliation & RebalancingSupport execution of Chase and Reconciliation/Rebalancing Playbook milestonesManage OTBs Maintain and update tracking tools including OTBs, delivery status, and cost updatesPartner cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and timely executionSRS, Bulk & PO Management (GFE / PLM / SAP)Manage SRS and showroom sample process, ensuring readiness for rack reviews, line reviews, and marketLock and export SRS and Bulk units and issue GFE downloads to vendorsEnsure sample quantities and configurations are accurate; partner with vendors on corrections as neededIssue PRS / PIRS to NY Ops for non-HKO vendorsParticipate in SRS PODs with sourcing offices to track progress and mitigate delivery risksMaintain SRS tracking reports and communicate status updates and risks to CFT partners and managementProduction ManagementSupport adherence to corporate calendars and brand milestonesReview monthly delivery flow and capacity reports to support allocation and buy strategiesSupport management of factory-direct programs, including allocation and capacity planningDrive timely approvals of raw materials and development componentsSupport liability tracking and utilization in O9Monitor vendor performance and escalate quality or delivery concerns as neededEnsure compliance with Women’s Polo brand standards and quality expectationsOperational Excellence, Innovation & SustainabilitySupport continuous improvement initiatives across development and production processesPartner with cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies and executional enhancementsSupport sustainable sourcing and development practices aligned with brand initiativesPartner with overseas offices to help implement pre-production process improvementsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Raw Materials, Regional Buyers, and Sourcing Offices to support timely decision-makingCommunicate clearly and proactively on cost, timing, and execution risksParticipate in weekly cross-functional meetings and support issue resolutionInfluence decision-making while maintaining alignment with brand and business goalsSalary range: $65,000 - $129,225 annually,Experience in Production, Sourcing, or Product Development Category experience in knits or Polo product strongly preferredWorking knowledge of GFE, PLM, SAP, O9Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with global vendors and cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced seasonal environment
