Nurse Practitioner

*Title: Nurse Practitioner - PRN*

*Location: Georgetown, South Carolina*
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct pre-employment physical examinations and annual wellness assessments.
* Evaluate and treat patients presenting with illnesses and injuries.
* Manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based guidelines.
* Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans under established physician protocols.
* Perform health screenings and support disease prevention programs.
* Provide age-appropriate assessments and clinical interventions.
* Educate and coach patients regarding treatment, prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
* Order, review, and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests.
* Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as appropriate.
* Coordinate referrals and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
* Review appropriate clinical cases with medical leadership and operational stakeholders.
* Provide clinical oversight for employee respirator and hearing testing performed by clinic staff.
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
* Practice within established ethical, professional, and scope-of-practice standards.
* Support other clinical functions as operational needs require.
*Required Qualifications*
* Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with an active license.
* At least 1 year of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care.
* Current BLS certification.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and patient-service abilities.
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients, clinical teams, and senior stakeholders.
* Ability to follow established procedures and written instructions.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing clinical priorities.
* Patient-focused and compassionate approach to care.
* Ability to meet the physical requirements associated with the position.
*Preferred Qualifications*

Pay: $59.00 - $62.00 per hour
