Our roots in employee-managed operations reflect our commitment to quality, consistency, and client success.If you enjoy working in a hyper-fast-growing company, are eager to be part of an agile team, and want to be part of our success story, then let's talk!🎯 Role OverviewAs a Cybersecurity Delivery Manager, you will coordinate cybersecurity workstreams across engineering, operations, vulnerability management, data, and regional teams to keep complex programs on track.You will be responsible for the delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting that turn our clients' cybersecurity initiatives into well-run, well-documented programs.🧩 What You Will DoIn this role, you will:Coordinate cybersecurity workstreams across engineering, operations, vulnerability management, data, tooling, and regional teamsMaintain integrated project plans, priorities, issues, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action trackingDrive delivery governance, milestone tracking, stakeholder alignment, and status reporting for cybersecurity initiativesFacilitate cross-functional coordination with IT, infrastructure, cloud, applications, site operations, procurement, legal, and compliance stakeholdersEnsure deliverables are documented, owners are assigned, timelines are visible, and escalations are managed promptlySupport executive-level reporting, steering committee updates, and operational readiness reviewsCoordinate handoffs from project delivery into sustainable operational support models🧠 What You Will BringThe top candidate will have the following skills:5+ years' experience in cybersecurity or IT program/delivery managementExperience with Cybersecurity program or delivery management; Global cybersecurity or IT infrastructure project delivery; Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or comparable delivery tools; Executive and operational status reporting; Risk, issue, dependency, and decision management; Vendor coordination and cross-functional stakeholder management; Data center, critical infrastructure, or global enterprise experienceA passion for bringing order, visibility, and accountability to complex cybersecurity programsAbility to manage executive steering committee relationships and escalationsAn undying concern about keeping complex, multi-team programs on time and on trackA willingness to work across time zones with distributed, cross-functional teamsStrong interpersonal and communication skills -- this is a client-facing role that involves frequent interaction via email, calls, and meetingsIdeally you have...A degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related fieldPMP or equivalent delivery/program management certification a plus📦 Key DeliverablesIntegrated project plans and milestone trackingRisk, issue, dependency, action, and decision logsExecutive and operational status reportingCross-functional stakeholder coordinationDelivery governance and prioritization supportOperational readiness and handoff documentationVendor and resource coordinationPay Range for jobs in the US.Pay Range$75 - $100 USD👥 Our ValuesWe are privileged to serve our loyal customer base in our mission to build lasting relationships with our clients based on trust and mutual success.
