Operations & Copacking Lead

About The RoleWe are the team behind Sweetgrass Granola, a premium granola brand, and a growing hub for contract manufacturing (copacking). We help other food brands bring their products to life by handling their production, mixing, and fulfillment.Key ResponsibilitiesCopacking Management: Lead external client operations, track production schedules, fulfill orders (2–4 hours daily), and ensure recipes and standards are met.Logistics & FBA: Own the fulfillment process, handling Amazon FBA shipments, labels, paperwork, and freight.Inventory & Procurement: Monitor ingredient levels for multiple brands, order supplies, receive freight, and organize the warehouse to avoid bottlenecks.Production "Swing" Support: Assist the crew on the production line as needed.Team Leadership: Coordinate daily workflow of the production staff, ensuring weekly output goals are met.QualificationsGeneral Manager MindsetJuggle multiple priorities and manage the needs of three clients with organization and attention to detail.Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting 50 lb bags of ingredients and staying active in a production environment.Logistical Fluency: Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management.Self-Directed: Identify and complete tasks—organizing pallets, re-forecasting runs—without being prompted.Schedule & CompensationHours: ~20 hours per week (target Monday–Friday with flexibility).Growth: Potential to increase hours and responsibility as services scale.J-18808-Ljbffr
