SEC Reporting Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced SEC Reporting Consultant to support anticipated transaction-related financial reporting needs. This engagement will focus on the preparation of pro forma financial statements and filings required for SEC submission in connection with potential M&A or capital markets activity.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review pro forma financial statements for inclusion in SEC filings (S-1, S-3, 8-K, proxy statements, etc.)Assist with transaction-related reporting, including business combinations, carve-outs, and other complex structuresEnsure compliance with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements for pro forma financialsLiaise with internal finance teams, auditors, legal counsel, and external advisors throughout the filing processSupport the preparation of financial statements, MD&A, and footnote disclosures as neededProvide technical accounting guidance on relevant transactions and ensure alignment with U.S. GAAP and SEC guidelinesAssist with ad-hoc projects related to the transaction processNO C2C
