Construction Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide comprehensive technical and administrative leadership for our project sites. In this role, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle, manage cross-functional teams, and potentially direct multiple concurrent projects through a network of subordinate managers.Core ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Drive the overall construction strategy to guarantee projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and on budget.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for owner representatives, subcontractors, security teams, and internal management.Resource Allocation: Build and manage detailed work schedules, defining required staffing levels, equipment needs, and material quantities.Personnel Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of all assigned internal personnel and administrative staff.Site Supervision: Partner with onsite Superintendents to monitor daily operations, proactively resolve critical field issues, and execute corrective action plans when necessary.Documentation & Compliance: Ensure meticulous maintenance of official project logs and records while enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and site regulations.Technical Guidance: Offer expert technical support, interpret structural blueprints, and advise on optimal engineering methods and equipment.Financial Management: Manage project contract financial structures to safeguard company interests while fostering collaborative client relationships.Representation: Lead and represent the organization in all essential project and stakeholder meetings.Candidate RequirementsProven capability to approach construction workflows in a systematic, highly organized manner.Extensive, deep knowledge of end-to-end commercial construction processes and site functions.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal abilities with a track record of building respect and rapport with field crews.Natural leadership traits with the ability to guide and motivate diverse teams.Strong technical acumen in analyzing and interpreting construction blueprints and design schematics.
