About Puffling Play Puffling Play provides play rentals for events across Virginia, DC, and Maryland. Our play yards are designed for any event with children under the age of four in attendance and include age appropriate equipment such as ball pits, slides, mini bounce houses, and soft climbing toys. Party Specialists partner with Puffling Play to support events by handling the pickup, delivery, setup, breakdown, and return of play equipment. This role focuses on logistics and presentation and does not include hosting, supervising, or entertaining children. Service Area This posting is for Party Specialists located in or near Richmond, VA. Applicants should be located within a reasonable driving distance of North Chesterfield (Richmond, VA), where equipment pickup and return are based, as well as event locations in the area. What Party Specialists Support Pick up party equipment from a designated storage location Transport equipment to event venues Set up play equipment according to safety and presentation guidelines Return after the event to break down, clean, and pack equipment Return equipment to the storage location Compensation $50 - $125 per party setup, based on party size Additional delivery compensation starting at $40 per party, based on location Requirements Be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license Have reliable transportation capable of transporting equipment Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift, transport, and set up event equipment (up to 40 lbs.)
