Job Description Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our thriving Dallas team. You will manage acaseload from pre-suit through litigation, focusing on aggressive client advocacy andachieving optimal case resolutions. Proficiency in personal injury law and litigationrequired. The ideal candidate knows how to draft demands, interface with insuranceadjusters, analyze medical records, identify and resolve complex case issues, conductdepositions, draft & file POPs and drive case strategy from intake to settlement. Musthave 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury pre-suit and litigation experience. Bilingual,English/Spanish, preferred but NOT required.You will work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of Attorneys and have local andremote support staff. Commensurate based on experience. Attorneys with a portablecase load already in place will receive preferential consideration. Bar Dues and CLEsprovided by the law firm, and a commission on any case brought into our firm for any areaof law that we handle.Responsibilities:Work closely with our clients to understand the extent of their injuries, negotiate withinsurance companies and opposing counsel, and represent our clients in court. Manage acaseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premisesliability claims, and wrongful death cases. Drafting and responding to discovery, draftingmotions and motion responses, legal research, and legal writing. Work with experts fromvarious medical and other disciplines assist with report drafting, deposition preparation,etc.Qualifications:Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.3+ years of plaintiff personalinjury pre-suit and litigating experience. Experience drafting demands and responding tomotions. Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing, and legal research skills.
