Client Services Associate

A growing independent financial planning practice based in Loudoun County, Virginia is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Client Services Associate to help support day-to-day operations and client service.This is a hybrid (eventually primarily virtual) position with flexible hours, though occasional in-person meetings (Ashburn), client events, or document handling may be helpful from time to time.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client communication, and keeping processes moving efficiently behind the scenes. This is an administrative support role only — no financial advising, investment recommendations, or licensing involved.⸻Responsibilities* Data entry and CRM updates* Preparing and processing account paperwork and forms* Scheduling meetings and managing calendars* Assisting with client onboarding, deposits, and service workflows* Tracking outstanding items and following up with clients* Helping organize digital files and internal systems* Coordinating with custodians, compliance, and back-office platforms* Assisting with social media presence and client event coordination* General administrative support to help maintain smooth operations⸻Qualifications* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Professional written and verbal communication skills* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment* Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently* Experience with Microsoft Office, Wealthbox, and RightCapital systems helpful, but not required* Prior experience in financial services is a plus, but not required⸻Compensation & Schedule* Starting pay: $30/hour** Approximately 10–20 hours per week** Flexible scheduling (within normal business hours of 9am–5pm)* Hybrid role that will trend more virtual over time⸻Benefits* PTO (vacation/sick leave)* Part-time role does not offer health insurance/401k * Potential to offer if the role grows⸻Ideal CandidateThe ideal person is proactive, dependable, organized, and enjoys helping people while supporting a growing small business.
