About the JobPosition: Lead Generation SpecialistJob Summary:Curbside Infusion Services is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support the growth of our Bellaire infusion suite. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with referring providers, clinics, and community partners to increase patient referrals and drive infusion volume.The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and represent the Curbside brand in the field.Qualifications/Educational Requirements:1-3+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or healthcare outreach preferredExperience in healthcare, infusion services, or provider relations is highly preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain professional relationshipsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goalsOrganized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to generate new patient referrals for the Bellaire infusion suiteBuild and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, case managers, and referral sourcesConduct in-person visits, calls, and outreach to provider offices within the designated territoryEducate referral sources on Curbside Infusion services, capabilities, and processesCollaborate with intake, scheduling, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless referral-to-treatment processTrack and manage leads, referral activity, and pipeline using internal systemsFollow up consistently with prospective and existing referral partnersIdentify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and new marketsRepresent Curbside Infusion at networking events, meetings, and community outreach opportunitiesProvide regular updates and reports on outreach efforts, referral trends, and results
