We are a scalable growth platform with a proven track record,and a culture built for A-players.The RoleWe are hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to own the creative product across a portfolio of ourhighest-value DTC brands. You will manage the entire video production and iteration processend-to-end, from concept and scriptwriting to live testing across TikTok, Meta and YouTube.This role sits at the intersection of creative excellence and direct response performance. Youare the storyteller behind each ad and the operator behind the creative machine that producesit. You understand platform dynamics deeply, you know what makes someone stop scrolling andconvert, and you can translate raw footage, creator content, and data signals into ads that movethe numbers that matter.You are creative and analytical in equal measure. You communicate a clear message throughshort form video, determine the best ways to vary content for different audiences, and useMeteoric AI and platform data to inform every creative decision you make.What You Will Own• Creative strategy. Own the creative direction across your portfolio of accounts. Usedata, research, and creative insight to formulate strategies that drive measurableimprovements in CTR, CVR, and CAC. Track what is gaining traction across Meta andTikTok before it becomes consensus, and translate those signals into concepts youraccounts can ship.• Scriptwriting and copy. Write scripts, hooks, and copy for video, static image ads, andemail campaigns. Develop a clear point of view on what works on each platform andback it up with performance data.• End-to-end production. Partner with Post-Production, Production, and creators to takeconcepts from brief to finished asset. Give clear creative feedback, ensure visuals matchthe strategy, and keep the process systematic and high-output.• Performance analysis and iteration. Analyze creative tests in Atria, Meta AdsManager, and TikTok Ads Manager. Identify top-performing concepts, diagnoseunderperformers, and feed insights back into the next round of creative.• Client leadership. When a founder or CMO needs to understand why their creative isperforming the way it is and exactly what to do about it, you are the person in the room.You present with conviction, give honest feedback, and make clients feel like thesharpest creative mind they know just joined their team.• AI fluency. Use AI as a core part of your workflow, from competitive creative analysis toconcept ideation to creator matching.• New client launches. The first 30 days with a new client either build momentum orcreate debt. You own the creative side of onboarding and turn the first month into proofof concept, not ramp-up time.What We Are Looking ForYou have spent 5+ years in performance creative, ideally at an agency managing multipleclients simultaneously. You know what it means to context-switch fast, from a DTC skincarebrand to a wellness launch to a consumer tech account, without losing the thread on any ofthem.You have driven 8-9 figures in revenue, not just creative output. The work you have led has ameasurable downstream effect on conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and growth trajectory.You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.You are fluent in direct response creative. You understand what drives thumb-stop, what killsconversion, how to diagnose a hook that is not landing, and when to kill a concept versus iterateon it. You have strong opinions about what makes an ad work on Meta versus TikTok and youcan back them up with data from accounts you have actually run.You are analytical. You can read a creative testing report, pull out what matters, and turn it intothe next round of briefs. Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager are second nature.You are a strong writer and communicator. You can write scripts that convert, give feedback thatlands, and present your thinking to clients with clarity and confidence.You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You keep quality high, clients confident,and production moving while juggling more than most people think is possible.Nice to Have• Writing samples or portfolio of performance creative you have led• Experience with YouTube, Snapchat, or other paid social platforms beyond Meta andTikTok• Experience working directly with creators and UGC production workflows• Comfort in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)Compensation$130,000 to $250,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performancebonus, and equity.Fully remote.
