Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented server with strong bartending skills to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar area. Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks - Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate cash register to process payments and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience - Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of our guests - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service - Follow all company policies and procedures, including alcohol serving guidelines Requirements: - Previous experience as a Server/Bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change - Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests - Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required If you are passionate about serving/bartending, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
