Flexible 4 or 5-day schedule available.Salary: $300,000- $430,000 full time annual salary.Benefit Highlights:Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.27 Vacation Days, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Days Sick Leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)Retirement Plan with 6% matchCME allowance, DEA fee waiver and low patient to provider ratioDuties:Provide direct psychiatric services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients, including prescribing and administering medications.Provide professional consultation to staff, participate in staff conferences, and serve on clinical committees.Experience and SkillsQualifications:Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy Degree from an accredited school of medicine. Active CA license.Completion of Psychiatric Residency and Board Certification in Psychiatry.Demonstrated expertise in the use of psychotropic medication.Knowledge and competency in Mental Health treatment.Experience with utilizing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.Current DEA certificate.Current BLS certificate.
