Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily operations, fostering effective communication within the team and across shifts. Drive the team towards meeting production targets, focusing on productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Provide guidance to operators, ensuring adherence to work instructions and quality standards. Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance within the team. Act as a mentor, supporting the growth and development of team members. Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and positive attitudes. Ensure efficient color management, preventing overproduction and maintaining quality standards. Uphold safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among team members. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience as a Manufacturing team leader (1+ year). Extrusion experience a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey production needs and address challenges. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Willingness to assist fellow team members to maintain production flow. Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand machine operations. Color vision for safety signage and placards.
