The primary responsibilities include managing customs brokerage processes, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, and assisting clients with their international trade needs. The role involves overseeing documentation, coordinating with customs authorities, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.QualificationsExperience in Customs Brokerage and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirementsProficiency in Import and Export procedures and documentationKnowledge of International Trade practices and the ability to navigate global market regulationsStrong skills in Customer Service with a focus on personalized client supportAttention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlinesProficiency in relevant software and databases used in customs and trade managementPost-secondary education in logistics, international business, or a related field is an asset
