Position OverviewInternational has a great opportunity for 2nd Shift Machinists in our Huntsville Facility to support high‑volume production through the operation of CNC and PLC‑controlled machinery to produce precision, high‑quality components.The Powertrain Manufacturing Plant in Huntsville is a technologically advanced powertrain manufacturing facility that produces high-quality diesel engines and transmissions.These are full‑time positions with consistent hours, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.Ideal candidates have experience in automation, or CNC machine operation, and excel in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWhat We Offer$25.60/hr - $33.67/hr (depending on experience) + 6% 2nd shift differential$2,500 sign on bonus (50% upon hire and 50% after 90 days of employment) $7,500 for relocation if more than 50 miles from work locationSchedule2nd Shift | Monday – Friday7:30 PM – 6:00 AMResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor CNC/PLC equipment to meet control plan requirementsTroubleshoot alarms, faults, and perform minor repairs to maintain productionRecord defects, rework, and scrap per nonconformance proceduresMonitor tooling wear and perform tool changes to ensure qualityPartner with team members on process improvements and error‑proofingTrain and certify machine technicians to quality and performance standardsReview work instructions and control plans; escalate deviations as neededEnter production and quality data and review digital performance metricsVerify gage calibration and monitor critical characteristicsProactively assess equipment to minimize downtimeAdhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards; maintain a clean work areaMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
