In this role, the technician will perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for stand-by generator systems. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional field service, ensuring the operational readiness of equipment, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.QualificationsProficiency in Maintenance & Repair, including regular servicing and equipment upkeepStrong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issuesExperience in Field Service, with the ability to perform tasks on-site efficientlyEffective Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfactionFamiliarity with safety procedures and a commitment to safe work practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver’s license Relevant certifications or technical training in electrical or generator systems is a plus
