Role Description Sperber Landscape Companies is seeking a full-time Irrigation Technician to join our team on-site in Tampa, FL. The Irrigation Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water distribution for landscapes. This role involves troubleshooting irrigation issues, conducting routine system checks, and working closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality results. Additional responsibilities include monitoring system performance and assisting in maintaining landscape health and vitality. Qualifications Experience in Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation system installation and repairStrong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving irrigation system issuesGood Communication skills to collaborate with team members and clientsSupervisory Skills to lead projects and manage tasks within the teamAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasksBasic knowledge of irrigation tools, equipment, and safety standardsPrevious experience in landscaping or a related field preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in irrigation systems are a plus
