Position Overview
The BCBA is responsible for the assessment, development, implementation, and supervision of ABA services in accordance with Pennsylvania IBHS regulations and ALFS clinical standards.
This role partners closely with families, Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and interdisciplinary providers to ensure meaningful, measurable progress for each client.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
Design and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with client goals
Provide ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB and PA IBHS standards
Deliver parent/caregiver training to support skill generalization across environments
Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and graphing
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure adherence to PA IBHS regulations, DHS requirements, and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Must hold or be eligible to obtain a
Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
Eligible to provide RBT supervision (meets BACB supervision requirements)
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaborativelyAdditional Requirements (PA Compliance)
Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances:
PA Criminal Background Check (EPATCH)
FBI Fingerprinting (IdentoGO)
PA Child Abuse Clearance
Valid CPR/AED & First Aid certification
Reliable transportation for travel between service locations (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Early Intervention (EI) and/or IBHS services
Experience across home, school, and clinic-based settings
Familiarity with electronic data collection systems (e.g., Rethink or similar)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
