Employment Attorney
Our law firm is dedicated to improving employment conditions for all workers in Colorado. We represent employees before the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, State Personnel Board, Merit Systems Protections Board, and Colorado state and federal courts. We provide representation regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract or commission disputes, wrongful termination, and wrongfully withheld unemployment benefits.
We are looking for someone to join our cohesive team that is a hard worker and stands up for the underserved. We need someone that has civil litigation experience of at least 2 years but preferably around 5 years. We will take personality over experience any day! Skills required:
CO Bar admission
2-5 years of civil litigation experience
A passion for protecting employee rights
Strong writing, analytical, and research skills
Excellent communication skills
A willingness to learn and be coachable
Additional Details:
Prior experience in practicing employment or civil rights law is preferred
Local candidates only, or those willing to relocate to the Denver, CO area.
