The Terminator is a skilled position in the construction, maintenance and repair of electrical underground distribution systems.DutiesWork safely while performing new construction, maintenance or repair work of energized and de-energized underground secondary cable voltageLead crew and represent Team Fishel in absence of the ForemanPossess a working knowledge of all aspects of underground distributionAble to identify primary and secondary voltageMust be able and qualified to splice up to 600 voltsUnderstands grounding proceduresUnderstands confined space requirementsCapable of properly installing and removing PPE and cover upUnderstands underground services and infrastructurePossesses knowledge of underground switching proceduresPerforms all other related work as required to complete the job Requirements 3+ years demonstrated experience in terminating underground secondary cablesValid driver's license is requiredKnowledge in identifying underground utility locatesPossess knowledge of tools for terminating cableCapable of terminating different sizes of secondary cablesKnowledge in troubleshooting underground circuitsAble to identify unforeseen obstacles that would hinder safety or productionAble to work for extended periods in various locations, when requiredStarting pay rate $22 - $35 / hour BenefitsHealth InsuranceWellness ProgramLife Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings ProgramProfit SharingPaid Leave BenefitsTeammate Assistance ProgramLearn more ( Español )Team Fishel offers excellent industry training and a career development path for our Teammates.
