Where you'll create impact As our Product Manager, you’ll lead features end-to-end across engineering and design, translating complex accounting workflows into simple, powerful product experiences. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. Your work will directly shape how AI shows up inside the ERP of the future. You’ll own end-to-end execution for 5+ product features in parallel You’ll translate complex accounting workflows into simple requirements that engineering can execute on You’ll collaborate with founders, engineering, design, and GTM to drive clarity and alignment You’ll define roadmap, strategy, and prioritization frameworks that accelerate product velocity You’ll ensure reliability, accuracy, and usability across all shipped features You’ll contribute to internal processes and tools that help us ship faster and at higher quality What sets you up for success Hardcore work ethic and high agency 2+ years experience in product management (ideally B2B SaaS) 3+ years experience in accounting, ERP, audit, or similar CPA is a strong bonus Familiarity with accounting systems, finance tools, and ERP software Clear, direct communication style Highly organized and comfortable running multiple workstreams at once Excited to work on-site with a fast-moving NYC team Technical background (CS/engineering) is a bonus Why you’ll thrive here Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry Your feedback shapes the product directly High-speed culture High-trust environment with high expectations Ambitious mission - ERP is one of the largest B2B software markets in the world ($220bn per year), this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to build the next generation ERP in an industry that has not seen new entrants in 30+ years Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $140K–$200K Equity: ~$80K 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays Full medical, dental & vision insurance Commuter benefits 401k benefits On-site team culture - high collaboration, no bureaucracy We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
