Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, TX, for a Corporate Recruiter. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. Daily tasks include managing the end-to-end recruiting process, building strong pipelines of potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with team leaders to understand hiring needs. The recruiter will also strategize sourcing efforts, maintain an excellent candidate experience, and actively contribute to workforce planning and talent management initiatives. Qualifications Recruitment and sourcing expertise, including identifying and attracting top talentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholdersOrganizational skills to manage multiple hiring needs and prioritiesExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in other recruitment toolsAbility to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to understand and fulfill talent requirementsProblem-solving skills and proactive approach to overcome recruitment challengesA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredKnowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices is a plus
