Python and SQL are the primary skillsgathering and presenting the findings in the form of reports/dashboards.Should be good with data modeling and data integration/analysis skillsThey have current dashboards already - Dashboards are in Tableau - Tableau is a plusProficient in Python development as well as multiple design techniquesWorking proficiency in Python toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve softwareStrong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworksStrong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and securityProficiency in one or more general purpose programming languagesWorking proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement ofSoftware.Role and Responsibilities5+ years' experience with data engineering lifecycle implementation from concept through implementationStrong Python development experience is required.Strong SQL and relational database / data warehouse skills, data analysis experience is requiredExperience with GIT / BitBucket is requiredExposure to modern engineering practices like Unit Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration is requiredExperience in Agile development lifecycle methodology is requiredPrior experience on data modelling, hands on experience on data integration/analysis tools data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferredComfortable dealing with ambiguity and fast changing environment.
