Senior Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract) - Addison, ILWe are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract opportunity with a manufacturing organization located on-site in Addison, IL . This role is ideal for an AP professional with 1+ year of experience who is confident handling reconciliations, vendor inquiries, and reporting. If you have strong Excel skills and enjoy resolving discrepancies in a fast-paced environment, this role offers immediate impact and hands-on experience.Responsibilities Respond to vendor inquiries Perform weekly vendor reconciliations Generate and reconcile AP aging reports Review and resolve invoice and statement discrepancies Maintain accurate reconciliation support and documentation Qualifications 1+ year of accounts payable experience Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables Bachelor's degree required Ability to analyze discrepancies and follow through on resolution Manufacturing or high-volume AP experience preferred Company Overview This organization operates within the manufacturing space and is driven by values centered on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
