Senior Business Systems Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business & Systems Analyst to lead a small team of analysts and play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of our next-generation custom ERP platform at SKTes.Operating across 40+ global sites, this role sits at the heart of a major transformation programme and will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to ensure requirements are clearly defined, solutions are well designed, and delivery is aligned to business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesMentor a team of Business & Systems Analysts, establishing standards and best practicesCreate functional specificationsCreate technical specificationsTranslate user stories and acceptance criteriaCreate Figma wireframes and prototypes to support solution design and user journeysDefine and document data flows, system interactions, and integration pointsCollaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable and effective ERP solutionsSupport Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviewsDrive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and ways of workingAbout YouProven experience as a Senior or Lead Business & Systems AnalystStrong experience delivering ERP solutions (essential)Hands-on experience with:Wireframing tools such as Figma (essential)Technical specification documentationData flow and system designStrong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data architectureExperience working in Agile / SCRUM environmentsExcellent stakeholder management skills across global teamsWillingness to work unsociable hours, we are a global business with a global teamAt least 5 years of experience in a senior roleDesirableExperience in Recycling, Manufacturing or ITADExperience working on custom-built ERP platformsExposure to multi-site, international organisationsQualificationsDegree in Business, Information Systems, or a related disciplineRelevant certifications (desirable):CBAP, PMI-PBA, or BCS Business AnalysisAgile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner)This is a remote role based on the East Coast of the United States, with the ability to commute to our Fredericksburg, Virginia facility, and will require occasional international travel.You will need to have full right to work in the USA and have no restrictions on your travel.
