A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist in California. Key Responsibilities Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adults Document sessions and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using the electronic health record Communicate with other teams to support care continuation and adhere to documentation standards Required Qualifications Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Active State License in California; additional state licensures are a plus Experience in crisis intervention, safety planning, and working with at-risk populations Background in community mental health or college counseling environments Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology)
