Role: Associate Document SpecialistPay: $16.50 per hourAssignment: Mail processing and document preparation for scanningLocation: Parma, OH 44130, On-siteSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (Overtime may be available)What you'll do:• Separate, open, and process incoming mail• Prepare documents for scanning• Make glass copies as needed• Perform scanning-related tasks using computer systems after training• Complete other duties as assigned• Lift and move materials weighing 10-50 lbs• Alternate between standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the shiftRequirements:• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to read and understand instructions in English• Basic computer knowledge for training and scanning systems• Basic PC and typing skills• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with co-workers, management, sales, and production staff• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations• Ability to perform repetitive tasks according to established procedures, sequence, and pace while meeting quality and productivity standards• Ability to work in a production facility with moderate to high noise levels• Ability to manage moderate stress levels for extended periods• Ability to stand for at least eight (8) hours per day• Willingness to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as required by work volume and customer needs• Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus; knowledge of printing and scanning equipment is preferredEqual Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here:https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
