Responsibilities Read work orders. Operate production printers. Operate finishing machines. Maintain production records. Ensure quality control procedures are followed. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience with print and finishing equipment operation. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and effective communication skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and lift up to 50 lbs safely. Role Expectations In this dynamic role, you will operate digital printing presses and complementary bindery equipment, ensuring projects are completed promptly and following our production process. You will contribute to the development of creative solutions for utilizing equipment and maintain an organized and clean production facility. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work independently while following directions, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a consistent schedule to meet client deadlines. Attention to detail and a willingness to embrace the intricacies of the job are crucial for success in this role.
