Company Description Uthiverse Incorporated, located in Northwest Indiana, is a dynamic organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering youth through innovative programs and initiatives.Role Description The Program Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Infinite Pathways Workforce Fellowship 160-hour summer workforce experience for youth ages 13–24. This individual ensures the program runs smoothly, staff are supported, youth are engaged, and all deliverables are met.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily program schedule and flowMonitor attendance, punctuality, and participationMaintain a structured, professional environmentEnsure staff are prepared, aligned, and timelines and benchmarks are metAddress behavioral issues, disengagement, or conflictTrack progress toward all deliverablesDrive a 15-passenger van when needed supporting off-site events and transportation logisticsSupport delivery of, and facilitate training sessionsReinforce learning objectives during daily activitiesServe as primary point of contact for staff and fellowsProvide updates to leadership on attendance, progress, and challengesTrack hours, participation, and outputsSupport midpoint and final evaluationsAssist with program reporting Qualifications Must be at least 25 years oldValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to drive a 15-passenger vanStrong leadership and communication skillsStrong training and facilitation skillsStrong listening and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentReliable transportationPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience running youth programsExperience in workforce development or educationExperience managing teams or coordinating programsNon-Negotiable ExpectationsPunctuality and daily attendance are requiredMust be present and engaged for the full 8-week programCheck email and other communications dailyTo apply please send resume and cover letter to everything@uthiverse.com.
