Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) Location: Wichita, KS Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM Salary: Starting at $65,000+ annually, based on experience Join the Team at 3P Processing 3P Processing is a growing aerospace processing company committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our second shift operations. This position is responsible for driving production performance, developing employees, maintaining quality standards, and creating a culture of accountability and teamwork. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop production employees on second shift. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining the highest quality standards. Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures. Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and overall employee performance. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and workflow. Coordinate staffing assignments based on production priorities. Work closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Conduct employee coaching, performance discussions, and corrective actions when necessary. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development. Analyze production issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting. Foster a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment required. Aerospace or metal finishing/manufacturing experience preferred. Strong leadership and employee development skills. Ability to read and interpret production documentation and blueprints. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
