Technical Project Manager (AI)

Job Title: Technical Project Manager (SaaS)Location: RemoteDuration: Long-Term ContractResponsibilitiesAdminister enterprise SaaS platforms, including configuration, governance, licensing, and user access management.Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure platform performance, security, and compliance.Support platform deployments, testing, implementation, and ongoing operational maintenance.Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.Perform license audits, user access reviews, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.Maintain operational documentation and generate platform usage and performance reports.Required QualificationsExperience administering enterprise SaaS or collaboration platforms.Strong hands-on experience with platform configuration, governance, licensing, and access management.Experience supporting platform deployments, upgrades, and operational support.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
