Nonferrous Metal (except Aluminum) Production and ProcessingBusiness Schools and Computer and Management TrainingManagement, Scientific, and Technical Consulting ServicesCivic and Social OrganizationsAdvertising, Public Relations, and Related ServicesRole Name: MarTech Product Lead Location: New YorkRoles and Responsibilities:The MarTech Product Lead is accountable for leading technical product management for marketing transformation projects across one or more systems, managing a cross-functional agile team to deliver value to internal and external customers.Strong understanding of product management for Adobe products including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target, and other marketing tools.Deep understanding of the marketing value chain for corporate and agent marketing.Responsible for technical solutioning for transformation projects by working closely with Solution Architects.Lead and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.Partner with product management, technology teams, partners, and business stakeholders to establish and manage the product development lifecycle.Define high-level requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.Manage a lean agile team to execute against the product backlog and deliver high-quality software solutions.Ensure effective prioritization and management of the agile backlog across product teams.Align strategy to execution by maintaining the product roadmap and backlog (now, next, future).Manage system plans and supporting artifacts including resource planning, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.Leverage subject matter expertise across and outside the product team to deliver business value.Strong understanding of Product Management and Agile methodologies, with the ability to scale practices across the organization.Provide indirect leadership for architecture, engineering, UX, and QA teams, including mentoring and development of team members.May directly manage junior product owners and business analysts.
