There is huge potential for growth, and we welcome anyone who is up to a challenging yet rewarding journey!Position DescriptionReporting to the Operations Manager and above, the Regional Manager will be in charge on a certain region or district operating in the day-to-day responsibilities with regards to operations, sales, food and labour and other aspect of the business as the direct report instructs.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain frequent and uninterrupted communication with the Chief Operation Manager, and ensure that daily operational guidelines of the multi-locations are followed.Measure and provide counsel on improving operational performances.Supervise regular management performance of multi-locations and evaluate them routinely for growth and improvement.Train, supervise and discipline co-workers of multi-locations on procedures and provide ongoing feedback for improvement.Help develop policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of goals, including but not limited to excellence of customer services, facility cleanliness, and maintenance of daily practice.Ensure that operational and training standards of multi-locations are consistently enforced and executed by co-workers.Direct sales and marketing for all regional stores, while assisting in the design, development and application of aggressive marketing and sales strategies.Performing work in store is required.Ideal Candidate CompetenciesAttitude: proven entrepreneur spirit of working "on-floor" spontaneously, as to motivate and propel the frontline personnel in person and to serve as the role model for co-workersResults-Oriented: demonstrates the ability to consistently perform optimal business results by meeting deadlines and achieving pre-determined goalsCommunication: effectively conveys necessary information and ideas in concise and meaningful exchanges through verbal and written communicationsTeamwork/Collaboration: effectively develops healthy relationships with co-workers and encourages idea-sharing that assists in accomplishing goalsInitiative: proactively seeking opportunities to work outside of job scope to assist various business departments and demonstrates the ability to always go beyond what is required to achieve goalsPersonal Adaptability: demonstrates the ability to welcome and embrace changes and effectively adjusts to newly altered environment within the businessExpectation of Successful Candidate5+ years of managerial experience within the food & beverage industry2+ years of multi-unit managerial experience within the food & beverage industryComfortable with working 6 days a weekLanguage proficiency in English, with strong oral and written communication skills, ability to speak other languages is a strong assetStrong multitasking skills and the ability to perform tasks effectively under pressureExceptional customer service skills and demonstrate strong communication and high level of organizational capabilitiesAbility to implement RFBT's policies and procedures effectivelyMust have your own vehicle, and must travel all over the Pennsylvania regionMust be hands-on and work in store operationsBenefits:Dental careExtended health careLife insuranceVision careExperience:Restaurant Operations: 3 years (preferred)Multi-unit Restaurant Manager: 2 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:100%Salary: From USD $120,000We’re committed to being transparent and fair about pay.
