Lot Coordinator
Are you organized, proactive, and ready to take charge of the lot? Truck Country, one of the nation's largest Freightliner dealers, is looking for a Lot Coordinator to join our team! This full-time, first-shift role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, keeping things in order, and supporting a busy dealership. You'll be the go-to person for managing vehicle movement, driver coordination, and keeping the lot clean and organized. What You'll Do: Safely transport tractors and trailers to, from, and around the dealership Coordinate driver schedules and shuttle team operations Clean and de-identify vehicles as needed Ensure all vehicles are tagged, photographed, and prepped for delivery or pickup Maintain a clean, organized lot and conduct weekly lot checks Monitor vehicle intake, including inspecting new and traded inventory Support a positive work environment and uphold dealership standards What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) Previous experience in vehicle coordination, logistics, or a similar role a plus Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Basic computer skills (familiarity with Excel and time tracking preferred) Strong attention to detail and a "get it done" attitude Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners Class A CDL is a big plus but not required Truck Country / Stoops Freightliner-Western Star is one of the largest Freightliner and Western Star dealership groups in the U.S. today, serving customers at locations in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
