Job Description SUMMARYAssists Press Operators in all phases of press operation on all projects assigned.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.•Assists with following SOPs for Quality Assurance by ruling out sheets and checking against dylux/improof.•Hangs plates.•Fills ink fountains; mixes fountain solutions at correct pH; sets up dampening system.•Loads and unloads paper.•Mixes ink as required.•Performs ink washups.•Installs blankets and packing.•Responsible for filling chemicals & ensuring labels are attached to containers and readable.•Performs routine adjustments during press run.•Performs preventative maintenance on Press as needed.•Keeps work area neat and clean.•Obeys company rules and observes all safety regulations.•Understand your role in the companies' Quality Management System regarding ISOQUALIFICATIONS•High school diploma or equivalent.•6 months - 1 year of feeder experience.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS•Constant standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting (50lbs max), and repetitive motions.•Frequent walking, stooping, crouching, fingering, and grasping.•Occasional sitting, balancing, and kneeling.Company DescriptionLabor Solutions, LLC is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry throughout the Midwest area.
